Homeway Building Trust was born from the professional experience in the construction sector of Estructuras Civilesa company with a team with more than 30 years of experience in industrial, residential and civil construction.
At Estructuras Civiles we have developed projects for such demanding industrial clients as Ikea, Repsol, Inditex, Sonale and Masa Inmobiliaria. This experience with large and small construction projects has led us to work to give new impetus to the residential building business in northwest Spain and for this we have created a new brand that brings them all together and represents the highest standards of quality in the new home construction sector: Homeway Building Trust.
The differential value of Homeway is to offer a comprehensive service of design, management and execution of new housing including the search for the ideal plot for each of the people who trust us to build their new home. This is only possible thanks to a team of construction professionals with a long history who are passionate about our profession and the pursuit of excellence in the creation of single-family homes.
The Homeway team is made up of professionals from the real estate sector specialising in land, sales and customer service; designers, landscapers, architects and quantity surveyors who design and plan the homes and engineers and builders who control and direct the material execution of the work and also interior designers and landscapers as well as experts in the refurbishment of residential homes who have joined our project.
The union of this multidisciplinary team allows us to offer an impeccable quality service to our clients with the construction of premium homes in the best areas of the northwest coast of the Iberian Peninsula and with a 360º service with individualised attention, transparent prices, premium quality and a firm commitment to care for the environment and the use of sustainable materials.

JALOHISA Construction Company
Construction company founded in 1936 specialising in residential construction and refurbishment.
JALOHISA has its origins in 1933 as a small family construction company that presented itself with the slogan "Professionalism, seriousness, quality in its work, and customer service". A few years later, in 1936, Mr. Jaime Lorenzo Conde, formalized the business created by his father, betting on the implementation of a construction company focused on service and quality, values that are still alive today.
In support of this long history and in compliance with European ISO quality standards in the construction market, JALOHISA has executed numerous buildings in Vigo and Pontevedra in collaboration with companies such as Muradas, Promociones Cendón y Domínguez Vigo, Promocor, Promociones Domingo Fernández, Promociones H&M, Promociones Viguesas La Montina and Residencial Tomiño Real. Thus, it has become one of the most highly valued companies in the construction of modern housing in the province.
With the support of his sons Jaime and Luis, JALOHISA grew, always prioritising customer service and the highest quality of the work carried out, sowing the whole province with hundreds of high-rise buildings and single-family homes in which the exquisite work and dedication of the entire Construcciones Jaime Lorenzo team can be appreciated. Thus, this construction company has been able to become a pioneer of modern building in the province of Pontevedra. It also participated in the creation of important associations in the sector such as APEC and APROIN.
75 years after its foundation, the heirs of the first JALOHISA team have decided to join the Homeway Building Trust project to maintain their commitment to values in the construction sector. The aim is to create beautiful and modern homes of the highest quality, offering a totally personalised service and making a firm commitment to sustainability and care for the environment.
